At Wildlife Safari, we want you to be completely satisfied with your expedition gear. If your order isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
